That newborn bubble could arguably be one of the most amazing feelings in the world, however, those early days pass far quicker than anyone would expect. Capturing it means preserving the tiny details you’ll never want to forget. Those tiny fingers and toes, the sleepy stretches, and the way they fit so perfectly in your arms.

All of my newborn sessions are natural, unposed, and beautifully relaxed. There’s no pressure and no rushing. You’re welcome to feed, cuddle, and settle your baby whenever needed, allowing the session to unfold at your baby’s pace.

Every session is entirely baby-led, with newborn safety being my highest priority. I don’t use unnatural poses or props. Instead, I take a minimalist approach, keeping the focus on your perfect newborn, just as they are.

I don’t use flash, so all newborn sessions take place during the daytime, usually from around 10am, to soak up all that soft, natural light and create calm, timeless images.

The ideal time to photograph your newborn is between 5–14 days old, when they’re still tiny, sleepy, and naturally curled. Perfect for those peaceful, intimate moments.

To allow flexibility around your baby’s arrival, I only book a limited number of newborn sessions each month. For this reason, I recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Many parents choose to secure their session around their 12–20 week scan.
